I didn't listen to the whole thing, but I thought it was extremely rude of them to have you wait while they all did their schticks. If they plan to have guests, they should do the interview/discussion first and then go about their business.
Well, they had a couple voicemail deals that they listened to in advance that did not play during the recording and were added in post. So, part of it was format and the other part was I hadn't heard the question to comment.
