I'm not sure where you can by printed hex paper at this size, but here is a link to a hex graph paper PDF generator. You can create the PDF to whatever size you want, so if you have access to a plotter at work this might do the trick
I don't know of where one might buy hex grid, but I've recently came across this: http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/hexagonal/. It generates a .pdf file of your desired dimensions, line thickness, colour and number.
I took the Judges Guild hex map PDF linked above (which are 17x22) and brought it to office depot and they were able to print them up for me at full size for about $1.50 per copy. (Make sure you tell them to not use glossy paper. Matte is best for writing/coloring on.)
